Commercial Areas - Imperatriz

Located in a hotel area of excellence, very close to the centre of Funchal, the Savoy Palace, a cosmopolitan luxury resort and the only hotel in Madeira with the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World affiliation offers the possibility of acquiring several commercial areas, located in Gallerias, an outdoor shopping center with four different areas, all of them in the surroundings of the hotel. 

Imperatriz D. Amélia street took its old form. In this street there is access to the Savoy gardens, which in turn connects to Carvalho Araújo street, where two more hotels of the Savoy Signature group are located.

In Imperatriz there is a differentiated space destined for restaurants, the Arraial da Imperatriz. Inspired in the Arraial of Madeira, this space intends to recreate that same concept in a single space and available at any time of the year.

These are commercial areas that privilege above all the restaurant activity, with the possibility of placing an esplanade area.
